Employees of Service Provider. Service Provider represents that all of its directors, officers and employees are 21 years of age or older and shall not engage in any conduct or activity that would preclude or prohibit them from entering or providing Services in or at the licensed premises, if so required.

Employees of Service Provider. Subject to the Lease and this Agreement, the Service Provider shall determine the number of employees, the selection of such employees, the hours of work and the compensation to be paid to all such employees in connection with Joint Operations. The Service Provider shall employ only such employees, agents and contractors as are reasonably necessary to conduct Joint Operations. The Administrative Operator shall apply for / facilitate and supply work permits and resident permits for the employees of Service Provider. The Service Provider must consult the Joint operating committee, and the Joint operating committee must confirm, before any employment is extended to the applicant

Employees of Service Provider. The Watch & Xxxx persons engaged by the Service Provider shall be the employees of the Service Provider, and in no event the said Watch & Xxxx persons shall be deemed to be the employee of SBI. SBI is not responsible / liable to the said Watch & Xxxx persons and pay- ment of salary, allowances and any other amount to the Watch & Xxxx persons shall be the responsibility of the Service Provider. The Service Provider shall ensure that the requisite payment including Salary, Provident Fund, Bonus and any other statutory dues, if any, will be paid by the Service Provider and no liability of any kind whatsoever towards the said Watch & Xxxx person shall devolve upon SBI. In this re- gard the Service Provider will submit a Declaration on Rs 10/- Stamp paper duly notarized In- demnity Bond signed by each Watch & Xxxx person/reliever with Passport size photo mini- mum seven days before deployment in the Premises as per format provide by in Annexure G .
