Not an Employment Agreement. This Agreement is not an employment agreement, and no provision of this Agreement shall be construed or interpreted to create an employment relationship between you and the Company or any Affiliate or guarantee the right to remain employed by the Company or any Affiliate for any specified term.
Not an Employment Agreement. This Agreement is not, and nothing herein shall be deemed to create, a contract of employment between Executive and the Company. The Company may terminate the employment of Executive at any time and for any reason, subject to the terms of any employment agreement between the Company and Executive that may then be in effect.
Not an Employment Agreement. This Agreement is not an employment agreement, and no provision of this Agreement shall be construed or interpreted to create any Employment relationship between Grantee and the Company for any time period. The Employment of Grantee with the Company shall be subject to termination to the same extent as if this Agreement did not exist.
Not an Employment Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall give the Employee any rights (or impose any obligations to continued employment by the Company or any subsidiary or successor of the Company), nor shall it give the Company any rights (or impose any obligations) for the continued performance of duties by the Employee for the Company or any subsidiary or successor of the Company.
Not an Employment Agreement. I understand that this Agreement does not obligate the Company to continue to employ me for any particular period. Nothing in this Agreement affects my status as an “at will” employee of the Company, which permits me or the Company to terminate my employment at any time for any reason or no reason at all.
Not an Employment Agreement. The issuance of the shares of Restricted Stock hereunder does not constitute an agreement by the Company to continue to employ the Executive during the entire, or any portion of the, term of this Agreement, including but not limited to any period during which the Restricted Stock is outstanding.
Not an Employment Agreement. I acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is not a contract of employment, that it should not be construed as a guarantee of my employment for any period of time, and that I am employed by the Company at will and my employment may be terminated by the Company for any lawful reason or no reason.
Not an Employment Agreement. Neither the execution of this Agreement nor the issuance of the Performance Share Award or the Common Stock hereunder constitute an agreement by the Company to employ or to continue to employ the Participant during the entire, or any portion of, the term of this Agreement, including but not limited to any period during which any shares of Common Stock are outstanding.
Not an Employment Agreement. The issuance of this Award does not constitute an agreement by the Company to continue to employ you during the entire, or any portion of, the Performance Period or otherwise.
Not an Employment Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as an offer or commitment by the Company to continue your employment with the Company for any period of time.
