Employees Assigned to 40-Hour Work Week. All employees shall be compensated at the rate of l.5 times their regular rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours per week, or eight (8) hours or ten (10) hours per day, dependent on which schedule is set by the Department Head, but not for both.
