Employee Violations. The Contractor may discharge any employee violating Section 7.1 above and any such employee will not be eligible for rehire under this Agreement.
Employee Violations. In the event that the Employee is convicted of a felony or judicially determined to have committed willful malfeasance, MGE can cause the payments hereunder to be forfeited.

Employee Violations a. Suspected violations by an employee should be reported to the employee's immediate supervisor. He/she may: (1) contact the staff member to attempt to resolve the matter informally; or (2) refer the matter to the appropriate Vice President for investigation and potential disciplinary action following District Policy.
