Examples of Violations in a sentence
Seller shall have no duty to remove or comply with or repair any of the aforementioned Violations, or other conditions, and Purchaser shall accept the Premises subject to all such Violations, the existence of any conditions at the Premises which would give rise to such Violations, if any, and any governmental claims arising from the existence of such Violations, in each case without any abatement of or credit against the Purchase Price.
Except as otherwise expressly set forth in this Agreement, Seller shall not be required to take or bring any action or proceeding or any other steps to cure or remove any Violations, title or survey matters, or to expend any moneys therefor, nor shall Buyer have any right of action against Seller, at law or in equity, for Seller’s inability to convey title in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
