Employee Decorum. Contractor shall use its best efforts to assure that all employees present a neat appearance and conduct themselves in a courteous manner. Contractor shall regularly train its employees in customer courtesy, shall prohibit the use of loud or profane language, and shall instruct collection crews to perform the work as quietly as possible. If any employee is found not to be courteous or not to be performing services in the manner required by the Contract, Contractor shall take all appropriate corrective measures. If Contractor has received directly or the County has notified Contractor of a complaint related to discourteous or improper behavior, Contractor will consider reassigning the employee to duties not entailing contact with the public while Contractor is pursuing its investigation and corrective action process.

Employees of agencies where there are established procedures concerning outside employment for the purpose of insuring compliance with specific statutory restrictions on outside employment are expected to comply with such procedures.
