Supporting documentation must be attached to explain and justify the exemption. CONTRACT AMENDMENT (Right Side of Form) Complete this section for any Contract being renewed, amended or to continue a lapsed Contract. All Contracts with available options to renew must be amended referencing the original procurement and Contract doc ids, since all continuing contracts must be maintained in the same Contract file (even if the underlying appropriation changes each fiscal year.) “See Amendments, Suspensions, and Termination Policy.) Enter Current Contract End Date: Enter the termination date of the Current Contract being amended, even if this date has already passed.   • EMERGENCY CONTRACTS In the event that a disaster emergency is declared by Executive Order under Section 28 of Article 2-B of the Executive Law, or the Commissioner determines pursuant to his/her authority under Section 163(10)(b) of the State Finance Law that an emergency exists requiring the prompt and immediate delivery of Product, the Commissioner reserves the right to obtain such Product from any source, including but not limited to this Contract(s), as the Commissioner in his/her sole discretion determines will meet the needs of such emergency. Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim or lost profits for Product procured from other sources pursuant to this clause. The reasons underlying the finding that an emergency exists shall be included in the procurement record.

  • Emergency Contacts Contractor shall provide County with a list of names and telephone numbers at which Contractor’s representative, alternate, superintendent, and other key personnel can be reached during non-working hours in the case of an emergency.

  • Emergency Contact CONTRACTOR shall have a responsible person available at, or reasonably near, the Project/Service on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, seven (7) days a week, who may be contacted in emergencies and in cases where immediate action must be taken to handle any problem that might arise.   • Emergency Conditions “Emergency Condition” shall mean a condition or situation: (1) that in the judgment of the Party making the claim is imminently likely to endanger life or property; or (2) that, in the case of the Transmission Provider, is imminently likely (as determined in a non-discriminatory manner) to cause a material adverse effect on the security of, or damage to the Transmission System, the Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities or the Transmission Systems of others to which the Transmission System is directly connected; or (3) that, in the case of the Interconnection Customer, is imminently likely (as determined in a non-discriminatory manner) to cause a material adverse effect on the security of, or damage to, the Small Generating Facility or the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Under Emergency Conditions, the Transmission Owner may immediately suspend interconnection service and temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility. The Transmission Provider shall notify the Interconnection Customer promptly when it becomes aware of an Emergency Condition that may reasonably be expected to affect the Interconnection Customer’s operation of the Small Generating Facility. The Interconnection Customer shall notify the Transmission Provider promptly when it becomes aware of an Emergency Condition that may reasonably be expected to affect the Transmission Owner’s Transmission System or other Affected Systems. To the extent information is known, the notification shall describe the Emergency Condition, the extent of the damage or deficiency, the expected effect on the operation of both Parties’ facilities and operations, its anticipated duration, and the necessary corrective action.
