ELECTRICAL COMPLIANCE. 19.1 It is recorded that in terms of the Regulation 7(1) of the regulations (“the Regulations”) promulgated under the Occupational Health and Safety Act No 85 of 1993 and published in Government Gazette No.31975 dated 9 March 2009 that came into effect on 1 May 2009 every user of an electrical installation that have been changed since 23 October 1992 is obliged to have a valid Certificate of Compliance in the prescribed format (Annexure 1 to the Regulations).
ELECTRICAL COMPLIANCE. (if applicable)
ELECTRICAL COMPLIANCE. All electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment must meet the requirements of all applicable electrical and safety codes.
ELECTRICAL COMPLIANCE. The Seller shall furnish the Purchaser with a certificate of compliance in respect of the electrical installations in terms the OCCUPATION, HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 85 of 1993. This certificate must be delivered to the Purchaser prior to registration of transfer of the Property into the name of the Purchaser. The cost of obtaining the certificate and the cost of any repairs to obtain the certificate shall be borne by the Seller
ELECTRICAL COMPLIANCE. Since we are required to buy out the entire building for electrical purposes, each vendor will be required to pay a fee of $35.00. This fee is not included in the cost of your space.. It is an additional fee. If you are in need of special electrical requirements, the fee is $50.00 and you must let me know in advance. ___ _Yes, I have specific electrical needs for my booth space. (Please Initial) Each vendor is responsible for providing and running their own extension cords. Although booths may be next to an outlet, it is recommended you bring at least 150’ of cable to reach the next available circuit in the event the circuit you are closest to has issues. Once all the cords are run, Interstate Center Staff will ramp, tape, carpet, or otherwise secure them as well as is possible. Please be aware that you may have cords running to or through your space and however most electrical is in the ceiling. EXTENSION CORDS THROWN ACROSS THE FLOOR AT THE LAST MINUTE CREATE AN UNSAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR PATRONS, VENDORS, AND STAFF. ANY RE- QUESTS FOR POWER MADE AFTER 3PM FRIDAY WILL BE DECLINED. ANY CORDS RUN AFTER 3PM FRIDAY WILL BE UNPLUGGED AND REMOVED. NO EXCEPTIONS. Electrical expenses are covered in the $35.00 Interstate Center Fee of $35.00. NOTE: Most electrical connections are located in the ceiling ABOVE your booth space. Thank you for your cooperation.
ELECTRICAL COMPLIANCE. All electrical wiring and equipment must meet City of Madi- son electrical code.
ELECTRICAL COMPLIANCE. All use of electrical items must be in compliance with venue and Fire Xxxxxxxx Rules and regulations.
ELECTRICAL COMPLIANCE. The Seller shall, prior to the transfer date, at the Seller’s expense, furnish the Purchaser with a valid Certificate of Compliance in respect of any or all electrical installations on the property as required by the Regulations promulgated under the Machinery and Occupational Safety Act or Act passed in substitution thereof. In the event of any repairs being required to be made to the electrical installations or any part thereof, the costs of all such repairs shall be for the Seller’s account. Should the property be sold as vacant land then the electrical certificate will not be applicable or required.
ELECTRICAL COMPLIANCE. The Seller shall furnish the Purchaser with an electrical compliance certificate for the Property, as contemplated in terms of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, No 85 of 1993, on occupation date.
