Your cooperation. (a) You must give us all reasonable cooperation that we require in order to provide a Service to You, and fixing any problems that arise, and resolving any disputes that may arise or complaints that you may have.

As part of the Cooperation, you will (1) designate a project manager or technical lead to liaise with us while we perform the C&I Services; (2) allocate and engage additional resources as may be required to assist us in performing the C&I Services; and (3) making available to us any data, information and any other materials reasonably required by us to perform the C&I Services, including any data, information or materials specifically identified in the Statement of Work.

You shall ensure that the personnel used by You for the co-operation with Us has appropriate competence and training for assigned tasks and the necessary power of authority in order for Us to receive the requested information and/or documentation. If any services by a third party vendor contracted by You are necessary for the execution of Activities or Deliverables, You shall manage and coordinate them at Your own cost.
Your cooperation. 15.15.1 You acknowledge and agree to provide the Company with any business information relating to your employment duties with the Company upon its request and to make yourself reasonably available to, and cooperate with, the Company and its respective representatives on an as needed basis with respect to any matter for which you had responsibility, about which you have knowledge, and/or in which you were engaged on behalf of the Company during your employment with the Company.

Your cooperation. We will need your cooperation to build your Google Ad campaign. You will need to supply us with all information requested by us or our vendor, including the geographic areas you wish to target. It takes approximately 15 days to research and build the campaign. Any delay in responding to our requests during this time will cause a corresponding delay in the launch of your program. This initial set up process, with or without delays, will not extend the term of this Contract. However, the amount spent directly on words and phrases purchases from Google will be reallocated over the remaining term of your contract so that the total amount spent will remain the same over the term of your contract.
