Occupation shall be redelivered in the same good order and condition as at the Occupation Date.
It is anticipated that the Property will be ready for occupation on the Occupation Date (“the specified date”) stipulated in the Information Schedule.
This penalty fee must be paid in cash to the Seller on or before the Transfer Date or the Occupation Date, whichever is the earlier.
