Entire Building. In the event that the whole or substantially the whole of the Building and/or the Premises are taken or condemned for any public purposes, this Lease and the leasehold estate created hereby shall cease and terminate as of the date of such taking.

Entire Building. With respect to any Operating Costs and benefits that are allocable to the entire Building and with respect to Tenant’s Parking Allotment, Tenant’s Pro Rata Share shall be defined as a fraction, the numerator of which is the total rentable area of the Premises, and the denominator of which is the total rentable area of the Building, as of the date of the computation. As of the date hereof, the parties agree that the total rentable area of the Building is 185,015 square feet, and that Tenant’s Pro Rata Share is 24.62% (subject to adjustment as provided in Section 2.0l(e) above.

Entire Building. Subject to Landlord’s prior written approval, in its reasonable discretion, and the prior approval of the City of Mountain View, and further provided all signs are in keeping with the quality, design and style of the Building and Project, Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, shall have (i) the exclusive right to install identification signage on the existing monument sign at the entrance to the Building, (ii) identification signage at the entrances to the Building and (iii) identification signage on the outside of the Building, including, without limitation, on the Building façade or surface of the exterior walls of the Building. Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant, at no cost to Landlord, in securing approvals for Tenant’s approved signage from the City of Mountain View.
