Electrical and Lighting. Manager shall perform the electrical systems services, as described in the NPA Manual, pages 10, 21-22 and 32 in a manner that is consistent with the Housekeeping and Maintenance Schedule. City shall perform all other maintenance services required for the electrical systems, including those services described in the NPA Manual, pages 10 and 21-22 that are assigned to City. Although Manager shall replace burned-out lamps, the City shall be responsible for group relamping of the Parking Facility.

Electrical and Lighting. The Landlord shall furnish all electrical power distribution, outlets and lighting in compliance with the most current National Electrical Code standards. Lighting fixtures throughout the Premises shall be capable of providing illumination levels in accordance with ANSI/IES Standards for Office Lighting in effect on the date of commencement of the term herein. Lighting for exterior areas and other applications shall conform to the recommended levels in the current IES Lighting Handbook in effect on the date of commencement of the term herein.
Electrical and Lighting. Tenant shall maintain, repair and replace the electrical systems of the Parking Facility in the manner described in the NPA Manual. Tenant shall replace all burned out lamps as and when such lamps burn out.

  • Electrical Provide drawings for the following systems:

  • Lighting A system of fixtures providing or controlling the light sources used on or near the airport or within the airport buildings. The field lighting includes all luminous signals, markers, floodlights, and illuminating devices used on or near the airport or to aid in the operation of aircraft landing at, taking off from, or taxiing on the airport surface.

  • ELECTRICAL SERVICES A. Landlord shall provide electric power for a combined load of 3.0 xxxxx per square foot of useable area for lighting and for office machines through standard receptacles for the typical office space.

  • Electrical appliance safety The Hirer shall ensure that any electrical appliances brought by them to the premises and used there shall be safe, in good working order, and used in a safe manner in accordance with the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989. Where a residual circuit breaker is provided the hirer must make use of it in the interests of public safety.

  • Ventilation Where noxious or poisonous gases may accumulate, the City shall provide proper protection and ventilation. Proper lighting and ventilation shall be provided for all enclosed working spaces. All work in enclosed and confined spaces shall be performed in accordance with applicable Federal, State and local regulations. Spray painting shall be done only by qualified painters.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • Heating The Hirer shall ensure that no unauthorised heating appliances shall be used on the premises when open to the public without the consent of the management committee. Portable Liquefied Propane Gas (LPG) heating appliances shall not be used.

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.

  • Generators Temporary installation of generators, and permanent installation of generators that are placed inside existing non-residential buildings or that occupy an area under 50 square feet behind the building they serve.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.
