The contract shall govern the Contractor’s and the Government’s rights and obligations with respect to the order to the same extent as if the order were completed during the contract’s effective period. The base period is subject to four one-year extensions respectively. Delivery orders or task orders will not be issued prior to the availability of appropriated funds from which expenditures there under may be made.

EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF THE CONTRACT. The period of performance for this contract is divided into three (3) primary phases, Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III, with Phase I being separated into two (2) sub phases, Phases IA and IB. References to Phase I within this document shall include both sub phases. The dates for these phases are defined in Clause H.1, “Option to Extend Term of the Contract.”
EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF THE CONTRACT. (AGAR 452.211-75) (FEB 1988) The ordering period of this BPA shall be effective on the date of the Contracting Officer’s signature and shall remain in effect for five years unless the total aggregate value comes close to $250,000.00 of all orders against it or until the Agreement is terminated by either party in writing. In the event of termination of the BPA, any outstanding orders must be completed. The vendor shall furnish the services only as required by USDA, Rural Development during the period specified. Any services to be furnished under this contract shall be ordered by issuance of Call Orders by a Contracting Officer or Authorized Ordering Official. This agreement has a five-year ordering period to place funded call orders for services. The obligation of funds for the performance of services under this contract will be affected by the issuance of individual Call Orders. (END OF CLAUSE)
