OBLIGATION OF FUNDS. A. Upon execution of this Cooperative Agreement, NRCS will make cost-share assistance available up to the amount specified on the Notice of Grant and Agreement Award for the acquisition by the ENTITY of agricultural land easements on the Parcels listed on attachments to this Cooperative Agreement. To receive this cost-share, the ENTITY must close the agricultural land easements and request payment of the NRCS cost-share in accordance with section VII of this Cooperative Agreement.

Should the Cooperating Entity not meet the Closing Deadline or the Payment Request Deadline dates established in Table 1, any remaining funds may be de-obligated from this Cooperative Agreement unless the agreement is extended as provided for in Section XI.A.
