Educational Bonuses. CHA Unit Administration Course or 6 months post $ 15.00 per month graduate course Training for Special Care Unit Applicable to a nurse holding the Huntsville Certificate $ 15.00 per month One (1) year University in B.Sc.N. Course or one (1) year nursing course where certificate or diploma granted $ 40.00 per month Baccalaureate Degree $ 80.00 per month Master's Degree $ 120.00 per month To be recognized at the discretion of the Employer for nurses utilizing the additional preparation in the position held.
Educational Bonuses. In addition to the salaries prescribed Appendix of Agreement, the Employer will pay the monthly bonuses set forth hereunder to all full-time nurses subject to the following conditions:

Related to Educational Bonuses

  • Educational Incentive For those employees receiving educational incentive payment at the time of layoff, upon re-employment, such employees shall be eligible to receive educational incentive.

  • Educational Benefits a. A full-time employee may enroll for credit at the University for a maximum of two courses, or six credit hours, whichever is greater, in any one academic term with exemption from the payment of tuition and fees.

  • Short-Term Incentive Compensation In addition to the foregoing Base Salary, the Executive shall be eligible during the Term to receive cash short-term incentive compensation, determined and payable in the discretion of the Compensation Committee of the Board. At least annually, the Compensation Committee shall consider awarding short-term incentive compensation to the Executive.

  • Long-Term Incentive Compensation Subject to the Executive’s continued employment hereunder, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in any equity incentive plan for executives of the Firm as may be in effect from time to time, in accordance with the terms of any such plan.

  • Education Incentive A. The following monthly education incentive pay will be paid to each employee upon completing the listed degree and providing proof of completion to the Agency. Associate Degree Two percent (2%) Bachelor Degree Four percent (4%)

  • Annual Bonuses For each fiscal year during the term of employment, the Executive shall be eligible to receive a bonus in the amount, if any, as may be determined from time to time by the Board in its discretion.

  • Cash Bonuses (i) Employee shall be entitled to participate in the Company’s Cash Bonus Plan as set forth on Schedule 1 for 2023. Employee’s participation in such Plan will be pursuant to the terms and conditions thereof. The performance goals applicable to such participation will be consistent with those applicable to other employees at Employee’s level, taking into account Employee’s position and duties.

  • Compensation/Benefit Programs During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all medical, dental, hospitalization, accidental death and dismemberment, disability, travel and life insurance plans, and any and all other plans as are presently and hereinafter offered by the Company to its executive personnel, including savings, pension, profit-sharing and deferred compensation plans, subject to the general eligibility and participation provisions set forth in such plans.

  • Performance Bonuses The Executive will be eligible to receive an annual cash bonus at an annualized rate of up to 40% of his base salary, based on the achievement of reasonable individual and Company performance targets to be established by the Company and Parent.

  • Equity Incentive Compensation During the term of employment hereunder the Executive shall be eligible to participate, in an appropriate manner relative to other senior executives of the Parent and its subsidiaries, in any equity-based incentive compensation plan or program approved by the Board from time to time, including (but not by way of limitation) any plan providing for the granting of (a) options to purchase stock of the Parent, (b) restricted stock of the Parent or (c) similar equity-based units or interests.
