Education/Lane a. Each new teacher employed by the District shall submit a transcript of their college credits (undergraduate and graduate inclusive) with the return of their signed individual teaching contract. Each new teacher to be offered a contract by the District shall, before signing an individual contract, be given the opportunity to review a copy of the existing Agreement between the District and the Association.

Education/Lane a. To apply on the salary schedule, all credits beyond the bachelor’s degree must be earned from an accredited institution recognized for the purposes of licensure by a State Board of Teaching. All credits submitted for any lane change must carry a grade equivalent of “B” or higher. A “pass” on a pass/fail grade system will be accepted if the instructor indicates that the work was equivalent to a “B” or higher.
