Common use of Education/Lane Clause in Contracts

Education/Lane. a. To apply on the salary schedule, all credits beyond the bachelor’s degree must be earned from an accredited institution recognized for the purposes of licensure by a State Board of Teaching. All credits submitted for any lane change must carry a grade equivalent of “B” or higher. A “pass” on a pass/fail grade system will be accepted if the instructor indicates that the work was equivalent to a “B” or higher.
