Education Association Representative. Association Members are entitled to have a representative of the Education Association present during any meeting that will or may lead to disciplinary action by the College. When a request for such representation is made, no action will be taken with respect to the Association Member until the Education Association representative is present. Should disciplinary action be likely to occur at a given meeting, the Association Member will be advised of the possibility and their right to representation.

  • Hospital-Association Committee (a) There shall be a Hospital-Association Committee comprised of representatives of the Hospital, one of whom shall be the Chief Nursing Officer or designate and of the Association, one of whom shall be the Bargaining Unit President or designate. The number of representatives is set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions and the membership of the Committee may be expanded by mutual agreement.

  • Association Notification Copies of all sabbatical applications, returning placement agreements and extension requests, as well as their disposition, shall be provided to the Association by the District upon request.

  • Association Interview The Association will be allowed to interview newly employed nurses during the Hospital’s general orientation and, when possible, be notified of the date for the interview at least two (2) weeks in advance.

  • Association Responsibility The Association recognizes its responsibility as exclusive representative and agrees to represent all employees in the bargaining unit without discrimination.
