Association Notification. Copies of all sabbatical applications, returning placement agreements and extension requests, as well as their disposition, shall be provided to the Association by the District upon request.
Association Notification. When a nonrenewal notice, complaint, or required meeting notice is sent to a unit member, or prior to placement of a member into intensive remediation, an Association officer will be notified. (See Articles 5, 6, and 7).

When the Superintendent intends to recommend a reduction in force to the Board of Education, he shall notify the Association at least thirty (30) days in advance of the Board meeting at which such recommendation is made. The District agrees to give employees fourteen (14) calendar days notice of layoff except in case of emergency.
