Duties of the Mentor. I agree to complete all duties described in this section. I understand that failure to complete any of the following duties will result in forfeiture of all compensation. I further understand that the Xxxxx Crown University Honors Program reserves the right to reasonably alter these duties as required by Syracuse University policies or federal, state, or local health regulations and guidelines. As a Mentor, I agree to: • Meet with my assigned mentees at least six times during the semester, preferably in group settings when possible; • Accompany my assigned mentees to all scheduled group outings as directed by the Xxxxx Crown University Honors Program. These outings include, but are not limited to, the incoming student welcome dinner, the Xxxxxx Lecture, a performance at Syracuse Stage, and Community Reading Day; and • Attend three training sessions before the start of the fall semester. These sessions will be held remotely at times scheduled by the Xxxxx Crown University Honors Program. I agree to watch recordings of any sessions that I am unable to attend.
