IRC Plan. The program consists of benefit plans arranged in three (3) modules which shall be administered through an Internal Revenue Code (“IRC”) Section 125 Plan. The IRC Plan shall include a premium conversion option.
IRC Plan. The District will maintain the IRC §125 plan with Preferred Group Plans Inc. The Maximum deduction for out-of-pocket expenses shall be governed by IRS regulations.
