Duration of Restrictions. These Restrictions shall continue and remain in full force and effect at all times with respect to all property, and each part thereof, now or hereafter made subject to these Restrictions (subject, however, to the right to amend and repeal as provided for herein) until 2039.

The VALENCIA INDUSTRIAL CENTER RESTRICTIONS shall continue and remain in full force and effect at all times with respect to all Sites included in the VALENCIA INDUSTRIAL CENTER and each part thereof, now or hereafter made subject thereto (subject, however, to the right to amend and repeal as provided for herein) until January 1, 2015. However, unless within one year prior to January 1, 2015, there shall be recorded an instrument directing the termination of the VALENCIA INDUSTRIAL CENTER RESTRICTIONS signed by owners of not less than two-thirds of the area of the real property then subject to the VALENCIA INDUSTRIAL RESTRICTIONS, (based on the number of square feet of real property subject to the VALENCIA INDUSTRIAL CENTER RESTRICTIONS), the VALENCIA INDUSTRIAL CENTER RESTRICTIONS, as in effect immediately prior to the expiration date shall be continued automatically without any further notice for an additional period of ten (10) years and thereafter for successive periods of ten (10) years unless within one (1) year prior to the expiration of any such period the VALENCIA INDUSTRIAL CENTER RESTRICTIONS are terminated as set forth above in this Section.
Duration of Restrictions. The restrictions contained in this clause 27 shall continue to apply to each party (including any Shareholder who has ceased to hold Shares) for a period of three years from termination of this agreement with respect to that Shareholder in accordance with clause 29 (Termination).
Duration of Restrictions. Each of the conditions, covenants, restrictions, reservations and easements herein contained shall continue and be binding upon Declarants and upon its successors and assigns and upon each of them, and all parties and persons claiming under Declarations for a term of fifty (50) years from the date this Declaration is recorded, after which time it shall automatically extend for successive periods of five (5) years unless an instrument has been recorded signed by all the then Owners of all of the Building Sites, agreeing to terminate this Declaration.

The foregoing Covenants and Restrictions are to run with the land and shall be binding on all parties and all persons claiming under them for a period of ten (10) years, and shall be automatically extended for successive periods of ten (10) years unless prior to expiration of any such ten (10) year period, and instruments signed by the owners of record of a majority of lots in the Project has been recorded changing or modifying said covenants in whole or in part “except that restriction II (F) pertaining to plumbing, restriction II (F) (5) pertaining to planned public water and public sewer and restriction IV pertaining to flood plains shall run in perpetuity and shall not be amended”.
Duration of Restrictions. The covenants and obligations of the Receiving Party set forth in this Section 5, shall last for two (2) years from the date of expiration or earlier termination of the Term, and thereafter for so long as any such Confidential Information remains protectable or legally enforceable under a related agreement or under any applicable law, including (without limitation) applicable copyright, trade secret and patent laws.
Duration of Restrictions. The covenants, reservations, restrictions and other provisions of this Declaration shall run with and bind the Property subject hereto and shall inure to the benefit of Foundation or any Member subject to this Declaration, their respective legal representatives, heirs, successors and assigns, for a term of thirty (30) years from the date this Declaration is recorded, after which time these covenants, conditions, restrictions and other provisions shall automatically be extended for successive periods of ten (10) years, unless an instrument signed by two-thirds (⅔) of the Members has been recorded, agreeing to change or termination of these covenants, conditions, restrictions and/or provisions in whole or in part.
Duration of Restrictions. Unless sooner terminated, the restrictions and other provision set forth in these covenants shall remain in force for 21 years, after which time said covenants shall be automatically extended for successive periods of ten years, unless an instrument stating that an extension is not desired, signed by the property owners of at least two- thirds (2/3) of the lots in the Subdivision.
