Contractor Assignment. Contractor may not assign this Contract or any of its rights or obligations hereunder (including, without limitation, rights and duties of performance) to any third party or entity, without the prior written consent of the OAG. Any attempted assignment without the OAG's prior written consent is void. The initiation of bankruptcy proceeding by or on behalf of Contractor and/or any involuntarily assignment or other assignment by operation of law shall result in the automatic termination of this Contract.
