Extension of Restriction Period. The Restriction Period shall be tolled for any period during which the Executive is in breach of any of Sections 4.2, 4.3 or 4.4 hereof.
Extension of Restriction Period. If you violate or breach any portion of Sections 4, 5 or 6, then the restriction period applicable to those Sections will be extended by the length of the period of any such violation or breach as determined by the Company in its sole discretion.

Extension of Restriction Period. In the event that the Closing Date does not occur on or prior to December 31, 2003, the Restriction Period shall be extended for a number of days equal to the number of days between December 31, 2003, and the Closing Date.
