Building Sites Clause Samples

Building Sites. Building sites shall be used only as approved by Lessor in granting this Lease and approved by County through its Development Plan and its architectural review, and in accordance with applicable law.
Building Sites. Each buildable parcel shall include a satisfactory building site, which is properly related to topography and shall, to the extent possible, preserve the natural terrain, natural drainage, existing trees, and other existing vegetation. Lots not intended for building purposes shall be noted on the face of the plat or map along with the intended use.
Building Sites. No more than one (1) Dwelling shall be permitted on any one (1) Lot.
Building Sites. It is the responsibility of the developer to clear the sites prior to project installation. However, should the client wish to have Nu-Trend Landscaping clear the site this will be quoted for. Any costs incurred by Nu-Trend Landscaping as a result of the developer will be for the clients account. This includes rubble removal, delays, damage to plants, any other additional cost incurred by Nu-Trend Landscaping to ensure the garden design is delivered as quoted for. 22.

Any costs incurred by Green Creations as a result of the developer/builder will be for the Clients account. This includes but is not limited to: additional rubble removal over that quoted on, delays in finishing the project due to construction, damage to plants or materials and any other additional costs incurred by Green Creations Landscaping cc. We generally recommend that the landscaping project commences when the builders have completed their work and are off site.
