Any variation made under this condition 3.4 will not take effect unless recorded and notified through the UKFSS. If the Authority wants to make a change to the Funded Activities or the amount of Grant (including for example reducing the Grant or removing some of the Funded Activities from the Grant) it may do so on one month’s written notice to the Grant Recipient and any such changes shall not take effect unless recorded and notified through the UKFSS.
