DURATION AND INTENT OF AGREEMENT. A. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, and it supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings (written or oral) not specifically incorporated herein. DURATION AND INTENT OF AGREEMENT. 34.01 The parties acknowledge that during the negotiations which resulted in this negotiated agreement, each had the opportunity to make proposals and that the understandings and agreements arrived at by the parties after the exercise of that opportunity are set forth in this negotiated agreement. Therefore, for the life of this Agreement, the Board and the Association each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waive the right and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate with respect to any subject or matter referred to or covered in this Agreement and with respect to any subject matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, unless otherwise mutually agreed.
