Drywall Finishers. The work jurisdiction of the Drywall Finisher and any member of the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades affected by this Agreement shall include “all levels of finishing of ALL surfaces for all coatings but not limited to the Gypsum wallboard taping and finishing system including, but not limited to: Spackling, glaze coating walls or ceilings, spray level 5, spotting nails, taping, coating tapes, and/or corner beads or flex bead; patching and sanding is within the system of preparing surfaces for their finish. All clean-up of work associated with these products and scope of work including removal of debris to refuse site, to leave work area in a clean, orderly manner. Sufficient time will be allowed for the clean-up of any tools and equipment.

Drywall Finishers. An apprentice who misses two (2) classes will receive a written warning, which will state he/she is within one (1) missed class of repeating the school year. Three missed classes will result in a suspension from class, a freeze on raises and repeat of the class the following year. A second suspension for failure to attend will result in removal from the Program.
