Documented Time. Settlement Class Members who can separately document their claimed Time Losses may submit documentation of the amount of time they actually spent remedying issues related to the Security Incident (“Documented Time”) and, upon submission of valid documentation supporting the foregoing, shall be eligible for an amount of $25 per hour of Documented Time for up to five (5) hours of such Documented Time (for a total of up to $125).

Documented Time. Settlement Class Members eligible for expense reimbursement as described in ¶ 2.1.1 and who can document their time may submit documentation of the amount of time they actually spent remedying the out-of-pocket losses they incurred as a result of the Security Incident for which they are eligible to be reimbursed (“Documented Time”) and, upon submission of valid documentation supporting the foregoing, be eligible for an amount of $15 per hour for up to five hours of such Documented Time (for a total of up to $75).
Documented Time. Settlement Class Members with (i) Reasonable Documentation of fraud, identity theft, or other alleged misuse of the Settlement Class Member’s personal information fairly traceable to the Data Breach and (ii) time spent remedying these issues, or time spent taking Preventative Measures, may submit a claim for up to 20 hours of such time to be compensated at $25 per hour. This documentation may overlap with documents submitted to support other Out-of-Pocket Losses. In the event the Settlement Administrator does not approve a claim for Documented Time, that claim shall be treated as a claim for Self-Certified Time and be subject to the provisions of Section 8.4.2.

  • Banked Time Employees shall be given the option of choosing overtime pay or equivalent time off in lieu of overtime, up to an aggregate annual maximum of:

  • Crib Time 17.6.1 An employee working overtime shall be allowed a crib time of 20 minutes without deduction of pay after each four hours of overtime worked provided the employee continues working after such crib time.

  • Released Time Should the investigation or processing of any grievance require that an employee(s) or an Association representative(s) be released from his/her regular assignment, upon request of the Association, he/she shall be released without loss of pay or benefits.

  • Wash-Up Time 60.01 Where the Employer determines that due to the nature of the work there is a clear cut need, wash-up time up to a maximum of ten (10) minutes will be permitted before the end of the working day, or immediately following and contiguous to the working day.

  • TIME AND WAGES RECORDS Particulars of details of payment to each Employee must be included on the envelope including the payment or in a statement handed to the Employee at the time payment is made and will contain the following information:

  • Sick Time An employee shall have all of his/her accrued sick leave credits transferred when the employee is transferred to a different State agency.

  • Time and Wages Record (1) (a) The employer shall keep or cause to be kept, a record or records containing the following particulars:

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) Executive shall earn and accrue paid-time-off covering vacation and sick time benefits at the rate of twenty (20) days per year for employment periods of up to five years of service. The PTO accrual rate shall automatically increase by five (5) additional days for each additional 5 years of service up to maximum of thirty (30) days per year after 10 years of service. For example, after five years of service, the annual PTO accrual rate shall increase to twenty-five (25) days. Unused PTO shall carry over to the next year, but Executive shall cease accruing further PTO at any time Executive has accrued two times his annual accrual rate. Unused PTO days which are not in excess of two-times the annual accrual rate shall be paid in a cash lump sum payment promptly after Executive’s termination of employment.

  • Regular Part-Time The establishment of a regular part-time position is a joint decision of local management and the chief xxxxxxx made in a spirit of trust and co-operation. The parties will ensure that regular part-time positions are appropriately used to maintain corporate effectiveness, not to split a regular full-time position. Regular part-time employees are regularly employed on an average of 24 hours or less per week calculated on a monthly basis. They are employed for a minimum of 16 hours per month. Regular part-time employees are treated as regular employees except where noted otherwise. Pro-Ration Formula: The regular part-time employee benefit pro-ration formula is calculated based on the hours worked by the regular part-time employee expressed as a percentage of the normal scheduled number of hours for the classification. Where the number of regular part-time hours vary in a week it will be necessary to calculate this percentage over a jointly agreed upon extended period to get an accurate figure.
