Released-time means the time that a unit member is released from regular duties in order to perform District-approved activities as provided for in this Agreement.

No more than three (3) job representatives shall be granted reasonable time off during regularly scheduled working hours, with prior notice to the employee’s supervisor, to investigate and process grievances provided such released time does not interfere with the work and duties of job representative or employees.
