Attested Time Sample Clauses

Attested Time. A claim for reimbursement may also include a claim for up to 4 hours of time spent in response to the Data Incident. Lost Time will be compensated at $25.00/hour. Claims for Attested Time are subject to a $100.00 cap.
Attested Time. Settlement Class Members may self-certify the amount of time they actually spent remedying issues related to the Security Incident (“Attested Time”) and, upon submission of a valid self-certification supporting the foregoing, shall be eligible for an amount of $25 per hour of Attested Time for up to five (5) hours of such Attested Time (for a total of up to $125).
Attested Time. Settlement Class Members with valid, documented Extraordinary Losses may also submit for up to 10 hours of time spent remedying issues related to the Ransomware Attack at a rate of $30 per hour by providing an attestation and a brief description of: (1) the actions taken in response to the Ransomware Attack; and (2) the time associated with each action. I hereby attest that I took the actions described in the chart below:
Attested Time. Class Members may request reimbursement for up to 4 hours of time spend remediating the data incident at a rate of $25 per hour upon attestation detailing the time spent. If expenses claimed exceed the amount available for claims under the Settlement Fund, each Class Member’s claim will be decreased on a pro-rata basis. Class Members may make claims for Out of Pocket Expenses and Attested Time, but the total of both claims may not exceed $750. There will be a 60-day period to submit claims for out-of-pocket expenses and attested time;
Attested Time. You may also be eligible to receive a payment reimbursing you for the amount of lost time you spent remedying issues related to the Data Breach, at $35 per hour, for up to four (4) hours. You must attest that any lost time was spent related to the Data Breach. Examples of lost time include: time spent monitoring credit, resolving disputes for unauthorized transactions, freezing or unfreezing your credit, remedying a falsified tax return, etc. Providing adequate proof of your losses does not guarantee that you will be entitled to receive the full amount claimed. All claims will also be subject to an aggregate maximum payment amount, as explained in the Settlement Agreement. If the amount of losses claimed exceeds the maximum amount of money available under the Settlement Agreement, then the payment for your claim will be reduced on a pro rata basis. If the amount of claimed losses and other deductions, including attorneys’ fees, do not exceed the maximum amount of money available under the Settlement Agreement, remaining funds may be distributed on a pro rata basis. Attested Time. To obtain compensation for lost time under this category, you must (1) check the appropriate box for the amount of time you are claiming, and (2) attest subject to penalty of perjury that all claimed time was spent related to the Data Incident. Round to the nearest hour and check only one box. ▇▇▇▇▇ claims will be reimbursed at a rate of $25 per hour, subject to the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement.

  • Show Up Time An employee who reports to work in the usual manner without having been notified that there is no work available and is sent home because of lack of work before having worked four (4) hours shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at their prevailing hourly rate. The employee shall also receive their full accommodation allowance if and when applicable. Each employee must inform the Employer of a means of being contacted on short notice. If an attempt is made by the Employer at least two (2) hours before the employee’s shift commences by way of the contact information provided, in an effort to inform the employee of a lack of work, and the Employer is unable to do so, the employee will not be entitled to show up time.

  • Crib Time (i) When an Employee is required to work overtime after the usual ceasing time for the day or shift for two hours or more, he/she shall be allowed to take, without deduction of pay, a crib time of twenty minutes in duration immediately after such ceasing time and thereafter, after each four hours of continuous work, he/she shall be allowed to take also, without deduction of pay, a crib time of 30 minutes in duration. (ii) In the event of an Employee remaining at work after the usual ceasing time without taking the crib time of twenty minutes and continuing at work for a period of two hours or more, he/she shall be regarded as having worked twenty minutes more than the time worked and be paid accordingly.

  • Released Time Should the investigation or processing of any grievance require that an employee(s) or an Association representative(s) be released from his/her regular assignment, upon request of the Association, he/she shall be released without loss of pay or benefits.

  • Banked Time The implementation of these provisions shall not be considered to be a layoff. 8.

  • WASH-UP TIME 37.01 Where the Employer determines there is a clear-cut need, wash-up time, to a maximum of ten (10) minutes immediately before the end of a work period, will be permitted.
