Dispute Resolution; Choice of Law; Venue. The Parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes between them prior to resorting to litigation. This Agreement is to be construed in accordance with and governed by the internal laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States of America without giving effect to any choice of law rule that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the internal laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia to the rights and duties of the Parties. Any legal action or other legal proceeding relating to this Agreement or the enforcement of any provision of this Agreement shall be brought or otherwise commenced in any state or federal court located in the eastern district of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Each Party to this Agreement expressly and irrevocably consents and submits to the jurisdiction and venue of each state and federal court located in the eastern district of the Commonwealth of Virginia (and each appellate court located in the Commonwealth of Virginia) in connection with any such legal proceeding.

Any legal action or other legal proceeding relating to this Agreement or the enforcement of any provision of this Agreement shall be brought or otherwise commenced in any court located in Montenegro. Each Party to this Agreement expressly and irrevocably consents and submits to the jurisdiction and venue of court located in Podgorica, Montenegro in connection with any such legal proceeding.

This Agreement shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland applicable to contracts made and wholly performed therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The Registrar hereby irrevocably consents to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland, for any and all claims or disputes directed against the Registry and which arise out of, purport to enforce, construe, or otherwise relate to the TLD, this Agreement, or the Registry policies. The exclusive venue for such action shall be the courts of the Republic of Ireland. The Registrar waives any right to object to venue or jurisdiction based on inconvenient forum or for any other reason, and the Registrar waives any statutory or other right pursuant to the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Registrar resides to have a case relating to this Agreement adjudicated or resolved in that jurisdiction.
Dispute Resolution; Choice of Law; Venue. 20.1 In the event of any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement, or any of the Contract Documents or any Services or Work performed or not performed hereunder, the Parties agree to attempt to resolve such dispute(s) as follows: by a meeting of Developer, Owner and any necessary Subcontractor(s), such meeting to be held within three (3) days after the written demand for any such meeting by any Party, and such meeting shall be held at a time and location selected by the party receiving such notice and shall be attended by the principal(s) of each Party.
