Unless Party Sample Clauses
The "Unless Party" clause establishes a conditional exception to a general rule or obligation within a contract. Typically, it specifies that a particular requirement or action applies unless a designated party takes a certain step or meets a specific condition. For example, a payment obligation might be waived unless the party fails to deliver goods on time. This clause's core function is to introduce flexibility and clarify circumstances under which standard terms may not apply, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes.
Unless Party. A notifies Party B of no renewal of this Agreement by giving a thirty (30) days prior notice, this Agreement will be renewed for one year automatically after the expiry of the term hereof. This provision will apply to all the subsequent renewal.
Unless Party. A terminates this Agreement in advance, this Agreement shall continue to be effective during the term of Party B.
