DISPLAY OF SIGNS. During the last thirty (30) days of this Lease, Landlord or Landlord's agent may display "For Sale" or "For Rent" or "Vacancy" or similar signs on or about the House and enter to show the House to prospective purchasers or tenants.
DISPLAY OF SIGNS. During the last 60 days of this lease, Lessor or his agent shall have the privilege of displaying the usual "For Sale" or "For Rent" or "Vacancy" signs on the demised premises and of showing the property to prospective purchasers or tenants.

Tenant agrees that no signs shall be placed on the Premises without the prior written consent of the Landlord.

TENANT also authorizes Broker to use an electronic keybox to show the
DISPLAY OF SIGNS. Landlord or his/her agent shall have the privilege of displaying the usual “For Rent” or “Vacancy” signs on the premises and of showing the property to prospective tenants. Landlord or his/her agent reserves the right at any time to display a “For Rent” sign(s) on the premises and of showing the property to prospective purchasers as long as 24-hour notice is given to Tenant. Tenant agrees that no signs (e.g., Business, Political, etc.) shall be placed on the premises by Tenant or authorized by Tenant unless written consent is given by Xxxxxxxx’s Agent.
DISPLAY OF SIGNS. During the last 45 days of this Lease, Landlord or Landlord's agent shall have the right and privilege of displaying the usual "For Sale" or "For Rent" signs on the Premises and of showing the property to prospective purchasers or tenants if Tenant has not renewed the Lease or exercised an option to purchase the Premises.
DISPLAY OF SIGNS. Lessor/s shall have the privilege of displaying the usual “For Sale,” or “For Rent,” or “Vacancy” signs on the demised premises and of showing the property to prospective purchasers, tenants or mortgages. The Lessor/s has the right to give 90 day notice if home is sold, at which time the Lessee/s must acknowledge and be out in 90 days.
DISPLAY OF SIGNS. Once notice has been given, Lessor or Lessor’s agent shall have the right to display the usual “For Sale” or “For Lease” or “Vacancy” signs on the leased premises and of showing the property to prospective purchasers or Lessees. Lessee agrees to allow the property to be shown by Lessor, their agent or assigns with reasonable notice and further agrees to keep the property clean and tidy during a scheduled showing.
DISPLAY OF SIGNS. No sign, placard, picture, name, advertisement or notice, visible from the exterior of the Premises shall be inscribed, painted, affixed or otherwise displayed by Lessee on the Premises or any part of the building without the prior written consent of Lessor, and Lessor shall have the right to remove any such sign, placard, picture, name, advertisement or notice without notice to and at the expense of Lessee. Lessor's consent, whether before or after the execution of the Lease, shall in no way operate as waiver or release of any of the provisions hereof or of the Lease, and shall be deemed to relate only to the particular sign, placard, picture, name, advertisement or notice so consented to by Lessor and shall not be construed as dispensing with the necessity of obtaining the specific written consent of Lessor with respect to any other such sign, placard, picture, name, advertisement or notice.
DISPLAY OF SIGNS. During any time under the term of this lease agreement, Lessor or Lessor’s agent may display "For Sale", "For Rent", "Vacancy" or similar signs on or about the premises and enter to show the premises to prospective purchasers or tenants. Xxxxxx(s) agrees not to display signs of any kind on or about the premises. As necessary, from time to time, signs will be posted about the premises with direction that may be temporary or permanent changes to the House Rules; Lessee(s) agree to abide by these signs at all times once posted and thereafter. Notices to Lessee(s) will be posted in the entryway of the property or apartment or delivered via email, text or US mail.
