Term of this Lease Agreement definition

Term of this Lease Agreement or “Term” means the time during which this Lease Agreement is in effect, as provided in Section 4.2.

  • On the last day of the Term of this Lease Agreement or on the sooner termination thereof in accordance with the terms hereof, Tenant shall peaceably surrender the Premises in good condition and repair consistent with Tenant’s duty to make repairs as provided in Article 9 hereof.

Related to Term of this Lease Agreement

  • Term of this Lease or “Term” means the time during which this Lease is in effect, as provided for in Article 3 of this Site Lease.
