Discontinuance of Work. Upon such notification of termination, the Vendor must immediately discontinue all of the Work (unless such notice of termination directs otherwise), and, as more fully set forth in subsection 24.3(b) clauses (i) through (iv), deliver to the Owner copies of all data, drawings, specifications, reports, estimates, summaries, and such other information, and materials as may have been accumulated by the Vendor in performing the Work, whether completed or in process. Furthermore, the Vendor must assign, assemble and deliver to the Owner all purchase orders and Subcontractor agreements requested by the Owner.

Upon any notification of termination by Cricket, Vendor shall immediately discontinue all of the Work under all Purchase Orders (unless such notice of termination directs otherwise) and deliver to Cricket copies of all data, drawings, specifications, reports, estimates, summaries, and such other information, and materials as may have been accumulated by Vendor in performing the Work, whether completed or in process, which Vendor would otherwise have been required to deliver pursuant to this Agreement, provided that, Vendor has received payments due and payable and for such Work. Furthermore, Vendor shall assign, assemble and deliver to Cricket all related purchase orders and Subcontractor agreements.
Discontinuance of Work. Upon an Event of Default, the Contractor shall, unless the MBTA’s notice directs otherwise, promptly discontinue the work and make every reasonable effort to protect and preserve the work in place and, the MBTA shall have the right to have the surety or sureties, if applicable, complete the work or contract for the completion of the work. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event safety considerations so require, the MBTA reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately upon notice.

Upon receipt of notice under this subsection, the Contractor shall, unless the Authority's notice directs otherwise, promptly discontinue the work and it shall make every reasonable effort to protect and preserve the work in place, and the Contractor shall promptly submit to the Authority its request for payment under this subsection. The Contractor shall not be entitled to payment hereunder unless and until the Contractor delivers to the Authority all materials, equipment, and other items or things for which costs are sought by the Contractor hereunder. If the Contractor has any property in its possession belonging to the Authority, the Contractor shall account for same, and dispose of it in the manner the Authority directs.
Discontinuance of Work. The Cemetery shall have the authority to suspend the work, wholly or in part by written order for such period as the Cemetery may deem necessary due to unsuitable weather, due to conditions unfavorable to funerals, or due to failure on the part of the contractor to carry out orders given or to comply with any provisions of the contract documents. Any practice obviously hazardous, as determined by the Grounds Manger, or his/her representative, shall be immediately discontinued by the contractor upon receipt of either written or oral notice to discontinue such practice.

Any practice obviously hazardous, as determined by the Open Space Manager or his representative, shall be immediately discontinued by the contractor upon receipt of either oral or written notice to discontinue such practice. Inspection of Work All work must be completed to the satisfaction of the Open Space Manager or his representative, and any questions as to proper procedures or quality of workmanship will be resolved by same.
