Common use of Discontinuance of Work Clause in Contracts

Discontinuance of Work. Upon such notification of termination, the Vendor shall immediately discontinue all of the Work (unless such notice of termination directs otherwise), and, as more fully set forth in subsection 24.3(b), deliver to the Owner copies of all data, drawings, specifications, reports, estimates, summaries, and such other information, and materials as may have been accumulated by the Vendor in performing the Work, whether completed or in process, which Vendor would otherwise have been required to deliver to Owner pursuant to this Contract but for the breach. Furthermore, the Vendor shall assign, assemble and deliver to the Owner all purchase orders and Subcontractor agreements requested by the Owner.
