Discipline Policies. I understand that The Gift of Kids does NOT USE Corporal Punishment. Our teachers use the following methods: a) redirection b) planning ahead to prevent problems c) encouragement of appropriate behavior d) consistent, clear rules e) role playing to solve problems.
