THE ROOM. This Contract is for the use of an assigned space (the "Room") in a College Residence Hall or at another location made available by the College for student living accommodations. At the College’s discretion, the Room may be located on campus, at Arrow Vista apartments, at another off-campus housing, in a housing trailer or at another appropriate location. All references in this Contract to a “Residence Hall” shall also mean such alternate location. The Student is prohibited from transferring, assigning or subletting the Student’s right to use the Room or any other right and interest in this Contract to any other person.

THE ROOM. 4.1 This Licence permits you to occupy room or such other room as we may in any way permit you to move to. (Throughout this Licence Agreement, this room will be referred to as "the Room”) at Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxx, XX0 0XX (Throughout this Licence Agreement this address will be referred to as "the Property").

The Room is equipped for cable television service, high- speed internet and a phone line which the Residence Hall provides without additional cost. The Residence Hall has a 24-hour security officer and surveillance equipment. Other features included: gym and Laundry facilities and community kitchen. Depending upon the type of room Resident requests and subject to availability, Resident acknowledges and agrees that he or she may be assigned a double occupancy room or a triple occupancy room, in which case he or she will be required to share the Room with another resident(s) of the Residence Hall.

THE ROOM. 1.1. This Agreement grants you a non-exclusive licence to occupy a Room in the/a Residence for the Duration. No tenancy of any kind is intended to be created in respect of the Room and control of the Room remains with the University.

  • Toilets Papers, dust, cobwebs, peels, cans/bottles, cigarette butts, excrement on floor, bad smells, water pools, leaking sewage, rodents, animals (dead or alive), overflowing sanitary bins. 0 = NOT APPLICABLE 1 = UNACCEPTABLE (Toilets out of order. Toilets not cleaned on daily basis.) 2 = POOR (Toilets cleaned, but still visible signs of dirt, e.g. dust, cobwebs.) 3 = GOOD (Obvious sign that toilets are cleaned daily.) 4 = EXCELLENT (Extra effort is put in to ensure cleanliness, e.g. using detergents.)

  • Storage Space Tenant shall have the right to occupy approximately 15,000 square feet of space on the lower level of the Building as identified on Exhibit B-1 hereto (the “Storage Space”) to be used for storage in connection with Tenant’s business. The term with respect to the Storage Space shall commence on the date on which Landlord makes the Storage Space available to Tenant (the “Storage Space Commencement Date”) and shall terminate on the Expiration Date. Tenant shall not pay any Fixed Annual Rent for the use of the Storage Space, but except as otherwise provided in this Section 20.27, all of the other provisions of this Lease shall apply as if the Storage Space were a part of the Premises, except that the Storage Space shall not be included in the calculation of Rentable Square Feet for the purpose of determining Tenant’s Share. Tenant shall pay to Landlord as an additional charge for electricity supplied to the Storage Space, an amount determined in accordance with Article 16 of this Lease; provided, however, that if the Storage Space is not separately metered, then such charge shall be equal to Landlord’s actual costs of providing electricity to the Storage Space, as reasonably allocated by Landlord based on a submeter or other reasonable allocation. Landlord shall not be required to provide any services (such as, without limitation, cleaning) to the Storage Space, and the Storage Space shall not be included in calculating Tenant’s Share. Tenant shall accept the Storage Space in its “as is” condition. Tenant shall be permitted to make alterations to the Storage Space at Tenant’s sole expense, subject to the conditions set forth in Article 8 of this Lease, provided that Tenant shall remove any such alterations as directed by Landlord at the termination of this Lease, to the extent that Landlord so requires in accordance with Article 8. Tenant’s right to occupy the Storage Space hereunder is a license otherwise upon the same terms and conditions set forth in this Lease, revocable by Landlord at any time upon the occurrence of an Event of a Default by Tenant under the terms of this Lease, and shall not be construed to be a lease of such space.

  • Walls 12 Developer shall provide rustication patterns on all walls, except drainage headwalls, in Aesthetic 13 Area 3 in accordance with Exhibit L2.24 of the LAADCR. The final designs shall resemble these 14 simulations.

  • Meters 7.1.1 For installation of Meters, Meter testing, Meter calibration and Meter reading and all matters incidental thereto, the SPD and SECI shall follow and be bound by the Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006, the Grid Code, as amended and revised from time to time.
