Detraction from Prior Terms of Employment. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, nothing contained herein shall be interpreted and/or applied so as to eliminate, reduce or otherwise detract from current wages, hours, terms or conditions of employment under existing rules, regulations, policies, resolutions or practices of the District in effect prior to the effective date of this agreement.
