Detailed service specification. Servicing Specification SAF Plant Servicing  Check condition of biomass crust in plant.  Check operation of air blowers  Check for leaks on airlines  Check operation of any sludge or filter pumps  Check IR and earth continuity of any sludge pumps.  Check integrity of control panel and kiosk.  Check security of control panel locks interlocks and other fitted safety devices.  Check panel earthing and panel door bond  Clean inside of panel, lubricate hinges etc  Check anti condensation heater and thermostat (if fitted)  Check isolator for signs of overheating or damage.  Check all indicator lamps and replace where necessary.  Check all fuses and fuse holders.  Visually check all components for wear or damage.  Check for rodent activity.  Check site security, health & safety defects  Check operation of security lighting if fitted  Check signage for sample point is obvious  Take sample of final effluent, and send to approved laboratory for analysis.
