Design of LFDD. In case of a major frequency drop, automatic functions for load shedding functionality shall be implemented to prevent a further frequency drop and the collapse of the system according to specification in article 19 in the NC DCC and in article 15 in the NC ER. Each TSO shall develop the LFDD activation plan within the framework specified in article 19 of the NC DCC and in article 15 in the NCER. The parameters of the LFDD activation plan must be set in accordance with the following criteria: NC DCC 19 NCER 15(5) • Five steps, respectively at: 48.8 Hz, 48.6 Hz, 48.4 Hz, 48.2 Hz and 48.0 Hz • The first four steps must aim at being: 5% • The fifth step must be, more than: 0% All TSOs shall jointly assess the LFDD activation plan every 3 years.

  • Modification of Licensed Materials The Participating Institutions or the Authorized Users shall not modify or manipulate the Licensed Materials without the prior written permission of the Licensor.

  • Design Services The Engineer shall perform services during the schematic design phase, the design development phase, the contract documents phase, and the bidding period as hereinafter specified.

  • Specific Provisions for Access Rights to Software For the avoidance of doubt, the general provisions for Access Rights provided for in this Section 9 are applicable also to Software. Parties’ Access Rights to Software do not include any right to receive source code or object code ported to a certain hardware platform or any right to receive respective Software documentation in any particular form or detail, but only as available from the Party granting the Access Rights.

  • Design Phase All Basic Services set forth in the Agreement with the exception of Interdisciplinary Document Coordination Review, conducting a Card Trick session, Value-Engineering services, Estimating services.   • Technical Amendments Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 13.7, if the Administrative Agent and the Borrower have jointly identified an ambiguity, omission, mistake or defect in any provision of this Agreement or an inconsistency between provisions of this Agreement, the Administrative Agent and the Borrower shall be permitted to amend such provision or provisions to cure such ambiguity, omission, mistake, defect or inconsistency so long as to do so would not adversely affect the interests of the Lenders and the Issuing Bank. Any such amendment shall become effective without any further action or consent of any of other party to this Agreement.

  • Technical Specifications 1. A procuring entity shall not prepare, adopt or apply any technical specification or prescribe any conformity assessment procedure with the purpose or effect of creating an unnecessary obstacle to trade between the Parties.
