Technical Amendments. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 13.7, if the Administrative Agent and the Borrower have jointly identified an ambiguity, omission, mistake or defect in any provision of this Agreement or an inconsistency between provisions of this Agreement, the Administrative Agent and the Borrower shall be permitted to amend such provision or provisions to cure such ambiguity, omission, mistake, defect or inconsistency so long as to do so would not adversely affect the interests of the Lenders and the Issuing Bank. Any such amendment shall become effective without any further action or consent of any of other party to this Agreement.
Technical Amendments. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 13.6, if the Administrative Agent and the Borrower have jointly identified an ambiguity, omission, mistake or defect in any provision of this Agreement or an inconsistency between provisions of this Agreement, the Administrative Agent and the Borrower shall be permitted to amend such provision or provisions to cure such ambiguity, omission, mistake, defect or inconsistency so long as to do so would not adversely affect the interests of the Lenders and the Administrative Agent provides notice to Lenders of such amendment. Any such amendment shall become effective without any further action or consent of any of other party to this Agreement.
Technical Amendments. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Section 15.1, if Agent and Borrowers shall have jointly identified any error of a technical nature in any provision of the Loan Documents, then Agent and Borrowers shall be permitted to amend such provision and such amendment shall become effective without any further action or consent of any other party to any Loan Document if the same is not objected to in writing by the Required Lenders within five Business Days following receipt of notice thereof.
Technical Amendments. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Clause 43, the Facility Agent may at any time without the consent or sanctions of the Lenders, concur with the Company in making any modifications to any Finance Document, which in the opinion of the Facility Agent would be proper to make provided that the Facility Agent is of the opinion that such modification would not be prejudicial to the position of any Lender and in the opinion of the Facility Agent such modification is of a formal, minor or technical nature or is to correct a manifest error. Any such modification shall be made on such terms as the Facility Agent may determine, shall be binding upon the Lenders, and shall be notified by the Company to the Lenders as soon as practicable thereafter.
Technical Amendments. Notwithstanding Clause 45.1 (Amendments), the Agent may determine administrative matters and make technical amendments arising out of manifest errors on the face of this Agreement, where such amendments would not prejudice or otherwise be adverse to the position of any Lender under this Agreement, without reference to the Lenders.
Technical Amendments. Family Violence Leave (new 6.12 KRCA) (new 6.11 SSCA) The parties agree to add the following wording in 6.11 in the SSSCA and 6.12 in the KRCA: “Family Violence Leave Family Violence Leave as provided for by the Xxxxxxxx Xxx 0000 is in addition to other leave allowance within the collective agreement.” • Other technical amendments Such other technical amendments to the text of the collective agreement as may be mutually agreed by the parties. Technical Amendments. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement may be amended solely with the consent of each Agent and Lead Borrower without the need to obtain the consent of any other Lender if such amendment is delivered in order to (i) correct or cure (A) ambiguities, errors, omissions, or defects or (B) incorrect cross-references or similar inaccuracies or (ii) effectuate administrative changes of a technical or immaterial nature.

Any such amendment or supplement shall become effective without any further action or consent of any of other party to this Agreement.

Any such amendment shall become effective without any further action or consent of any of other party to this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 13.7, the Administrative Agent and the Borrower may, without the consent of any Lender, (x) enter into amendments or modifications to this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents or (y) enter into additional Loan Documents, in each case, as the Administrative Agent reasonably deems appropriate in order to implement any Benchmark Replacement or otherwise effectuate the terms of Exhibit M in accordance with the terms of Exhibit M.
Technical Amendments. The Borrower, any additional Issuing Bank and the Administrative Agent may, without the consent of any other Lenders or Issuing Banks, effect such amendments to this Agreement and the other Loan Documents as may be necessary to effect the provisions of clause (k) and (l) above with respect to the designation or termination of an Issuing Bank.
