Description of Electronic Statements. You may view, download, and print your periodic Account statements (each electronic statement is an "e-Statement"). Any legal notices or disclosures that normally accompany your mailed statement or that we could otherwise deliver to you by mail concerning your Account may be delivered and/or made available to you electronically through the Platform. We may, at our option, offer you additional options and preferences for the delivery of various types of communications related to your Accounts or the Services.

Description of Electronic Statements. This section of our Agreement describes the terms and conditions that apply to electronic statements (e-statements) available in the Web Service. We offer electronic statements for your Account, allowing you to replace your mailed (paper) statement with an electronic version that you can view on the Website, save to your computer, or print at your convenience. Any legal notices or disclosures that are normally included in your mailed statement or that we would otherwise deliver to you by mail concerning your Account may be delivered to you electronically. We may, at our option, offer you additional options and preferences for the delivery of various types of communications related to your Account. The following is a brief description of the various features of and requirements for using electronic statements. From time to time, we may add to, modify, delete, or update any feature of the electronic statements.
Description of Electronic Statements. You may view, download, and print your periodic Account statements (each electronic statement is an "e-Statement"). Any legal notices or disclosures that normally accompany your mailed statement or that we could otherwise deliver to you by mail concerning your Account may be delivered and/or made available to you electronically through the Platform. We may, at our option, offer you additional options and preferences for the delivery of various types of communications related to your Accounts or the Services. Delivery of and Access to e-Statements. You may designate delivery of your periodic statements by e-mail in lieu of paper copies. If you should make such designation, then after each account cycle, you will receive an e-mail, at the e-mail address designated by you, notifying you of the date when your e-Statements for your designated Accounts are available (a "notice e-mail"). This notice e-mail will be the only notice you receive of the availability of your e-Statements online, other than alerts that may be posted on the Platform. Access to your e-Statements will be available for a period of three (3) months from the date of each eStatement. You may make a copy of an e-Statement for your records by printing it to an attached printer or download it to a storage device. You will need to ensure that your computer software meets the stated requirements in order to view, print, and/or save your online statement and legal notices. For joint accounts, delivery of a notice e-mail to one Account owner shall constitute delivery to all owners. Delivery of some disclosures in electronic form does not require Bank to deliver all notices or all notices of a particular type electronically. disclosures regarding your Accounts may be attached in an e-mail, contained in the text of an e-mail, posted separately from e-Statements on the Website or contained within an e-Statement, or posted otherwise through the Services or on the Website. Notice e-mails will be considered sufficient notice and received by you regardless of whether you actually access the e-mail or the eStatements or review any disclosure contained therein.

  • Description of Electronic Delivery The Plan documents, which may include but do not necessarily include: the Plan, the Grant Notice, this Agreement, the Plan Prospectus, and any reports of the Company provided generally to the Company’s stockholders, may be delivered to the Participant electronically. In addition, if permitted by the Company, the Participant may deliver electronically the Grant Notice to the Company or to such third party involved in administering the Plan as the Company may designate from time to time. Such means of electronic delivery may include but do not necessarily include the delivery of a link to a Company intranet or the Internet site of a third party involved in administering the Plan, the delivery of the document via e-mail or such other means of electronic delivery specified by the Company.

  • ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS Concessionaire must have the capacity to send and receive electronic submissions and communications as a pre-condition and continuing requirement of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, “Electronic Submissions” shall only include the transmission of documents by email. Concessionaire shall comply with the following terms and conditions:

  • Electronic Records You acknowledge and agree that we may in our discretion store all records electronically; and that we will not retain and have no obligation to retain any original documents for any period of time. This applies to all documentation including but not limited to checks, transaction records, notes, mortgages, deeds of trust and other loan and/or security documentation. We will routinely destroy all original documentation. We may store records electronically via imaging, scanning, filming or other technology used in the financial services industry for the storage of documentation via internal processes or third-party processors that we approve for these services. You agree that such storage shall be secure, and further agree that such records shall for all purposes be recognized and admissible in evidence or otherwise to prove the agreements, rights and obligations of the parties pursuant to any such records.

  • Agreement to Use Electronic Signatures I agree, and it is my intent, to sign this Contract by accessing State of Indiana Supplier Portal using the secure password assigned to me and by electronically submitting this Contract to the State of Indiana.   • Electronic Storage The parties agree that the transaction described herein may be conducted and related documents may be stored by electronic means. Copies, telecopies, facsimiles, electronic files and other reproductions of original executed documents shall be deemed to be authentic and valid counterparts of such original documents for all purposes, including the filing of any claim, action or suit in the appropriate court of law.

  • Consent to Electronic Delivery; Electronic Signature In lieu of receiving documents in paper format, you agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to accept electronic delivery of any documents that the Company may be required to deliver (including, but not limited to, prospectuses, prospectus supplements, grant or award notifications and agreements, account statements, annual and quarterly reports and all other forms of communications) in connection with this and any other award made or offered by the Company. Electronic delivery may be via a Company electronic mail system or by reference to a location on a Company intranet to which you have access. You hereby consent to any and all procedures the Company has established or may establish for an electronic signature system for delivery and acceptance of any such documents that the Company may be required to deliver, and agrees that his or her electronic signature is the same as, and shall have the same force and effect as, his or her manual signature.

  • Electronic Reporting With the prior written consent of the Master Servicer, all reports to be made by the Servicer to the Master Servicer may be transmitted electronically in lieu of written reporting. If the Servicer services more than one hundred Mortgage Loans for the Master Servicer, it shall arrange for electronic transmission of the required reports. Any expenses occasioned by the electronic transmission of reports shall be borne by the Servicer.

  • Electronic Documents We may make periodic statements, disclosures, notices, and other documents available to you electronically, and, subject to any delivery and receipt verification procedures required by law, you agree to receive such documents electronically and to check the statements for accuracy. If you believe any such statement contains incorrect information, you must follow the procedures set forth in the Related Agreement(s).

  • Electronic Information Each Member hereby agrees that all current and future notices, confirmations and other communications may be made by the Company via email, sent to the email address of record of the Member provided to the Company as changed or updated from time to time, without necessity of confirmation of receipt, delivery or reading, and such form of electronic communication is sufficient for all matters regarding the relationship between the Company and the Members except as otherwise required by law. If any such electronically sent communication fails to be received for any reason, including but not limited to such communications being diverted to the recipients spam filters by the recipients email service provider, or due to a recipient’s change of address, or due to technology issues by the recipients service provider, the parties agree that the burden of such failure to receive is on the recipient and not the sender, and that the sender is under no obligation to resend communications via any other means, including but not limited to postal service or overnight courier, and that such communications shall for all purposes, including legal and regulatory, be deemed to have been delivered and received. Except as required by law, no physical, paper documents will be sent to Members, and a Member desires physical documents then such Member agrees to be satisfied by directly and personally printing, at such Member’s own expense, the electronically sent communication(s) and maintaining such physical records in any manner or form that a Member desires.
