Legal notice means every notice required by law or by order of a court to be published in a newspaper or other publication, except notices required by private and local laws to be published in newspapers, and includes all of the following:

Any notice from us to you shall be deemed to have been duly given if mailed or telegraphed to you at the address set forth above. Each of us may change the address to which notices shall be sent by notice to the other in accordance with the terms hereof.
Environmental Notices means notice from any Environmental Authority or by any other person or entity, of possible or alleged noncompliance with or liability under any Environmental Requirement, including without limitation any complaints, citations, demands or requests from any Environmental Authority or from any other person or entity for correction of any violation of any Environmental Requirement or any investigations concerning any violation of any Environmental Requirement.

A Notice to a party shall be effective when delivered to such party’s Notice Address by any means, including, without limitation, personal delivery by the party giving the Notice, delivery by United States regular, certified or registered mail, or delivery by a commercial courier or delivery service. If the Notice Address of a party includes a facsimile number or electronic mail address, Notice given by facsimile or electronic mail shall be effective when delivered at such facsimile number or email address. If delivery of a Notice is refused, it shall be deemed to have been delivered at the time of such refusal of delivery. The party giving a Notice shall have the burden of establishing the fact and date of delivery or refusal of delivery of a Notice.
Redemption Notices means, collectively, the Event of Default Redemption Notices and the Company Optional Redemption Notices, and each of the foregoing, individually, a “Redemption Notice.”
General Notice means any notice given in accordance with this Agreement other than a Transfer Notice;
Notice of Appeal means a notice given pursuant to Condition 6.2.
Denial notice means a board notification denying an application for the issuance or renewal of a license as required by the Act.
Informal communications means any communication method other than written emails to the Point of Contact Person identified for this RFP.
Telephone solicitation means any voice communication over a telephone for the purpose of encouraging the recipient of the call to purchase, rent, or invest in goods or services during that telephone call. Telephone solicitation does not include any of the following:
Communications Provisions means the Communications Provisions in [Part 10, Chapter 4] of the General Regulations.
Notice Address means with respect to the following entities:
Communications means, collectively, any notice, demand, communication, information, document or other material provided by or on behalf of any Loan Party pursuant to any Loan Document or the transactions contemplated therein which is distributed by the Administrative Agent, any Lender or the Issuing Bank by means of electronic communications pursuant to this Section, including through an Electronic System.
public notice means publication in the media including one or more of the following:
Notice of Arbitration means the formal notice from the CONTRACTOR or the CUSTOMER to the other party referring a dispute to arbitration in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2-9.
Special Notice As defined in Section 5.07(b).
General Affirmations means the statements in Attachment B, attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes, which Provider affirms by executing this Contract.
Inquiries As defined in Section 4.02(a) of this Agreement.
Contact means a communication, direct or indirect, between an athlete agent and a student athlete, to recruit or solicit the student athlete to enter into an agency contract.
Arbitration Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 9.13.
Mediation communication means a statement, whether oral, in a record, verbal or nonverbal, that occurs during a mediation or is made for purposes of considering, conducting, participating in, initiating, continuing, or reconvening a mediation or retaining a mediator.
Final Notice of Purchase means, in connection with an Optional Tender or a Mandatory Tender, a Notice of Purchase delivered by the Tender and Paying Agent to the Liquidity Provider (or directly to the Liquidity Provider by Beneficial Owners or their Agent Members, in the case of an Optional Tender, or Holders, in the case of a Mandatory Tender, if there is no Tender and Paying Agent or for any reason the Tender and Paying Agent does not perform its obligations) on the Purchase Date indicating the number of VRDP Shares to be purchased on such date pursuant to the Purchase Obligation, or, in connection with a Mandatory Purchase, the Mandatory Purchase Notice delivered by the Fund or the Tender and Paying Agent on behalf of the Fund.
Communications channel means a physical or virtual path of communications over which signals are transmitted between or among customer channel termination points.
Email has the meaning given in Clause 29.1;
Mediation Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 7.06(c).
