Electronic Storage. The parties agree that the transaction described herein may be conducted and related documents may be stored by electronic means. Copies, telecopies, facsimiles, electronic files and other reproductions of original executed documents shall be deemed to be authentic and valid counterparts of such original documents for all purposes, including the filing of any claim, action or suit in the appropriate court of law.

Save for the purposes of reproduction for the licensed use(s), the Photographs may not be stored in any form of electronic medium without the written permission of the Photographer. Manipulation of the image or use of only a portion of the image may only take place with the permission of the Photographer.
Electronic Storage. Either party may copy this completed Agreement for electronic storage in a non-editable format, at which time the paper form of this Agreement may be destroyed. Customer and FedEx each agree that following the electronic storage of this Agreement, any hard copy printout of that electronically stored information will constitute an original of this Agreement.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, and except as expressly authorized under Article II hereof, no reproduction of any Bond certificate, in whole or in part, by electronic means or otherwise, shall be deemed to be or shall be relied upon as authentic, valid or original.
Electronic Storage. (a) Save for the purposes of production for the licensed use(s), the Photographs may not be stored or archived in any form without the written permission of the Photographer. (b) Manipulation of the image or use of only a portion of the image may only take place with the written permission of the Photographer. (c) Digital Data is stored by the Photographer on the understanding that the Photographer is not responsible for the future integrity of that data, or of any failure to retrieve data from the Photographer’s archive.
Electronic Storage. The Company has not and will not pending Completion have any of its records, systems, controls, data or information recorded, stored, maintained, operated or otherwise dependent upon or held by any means (including any electronic, mechanical or photographic process whether computerised or not) which (including all means of access thereto and therefrom) are not under the exclusive ownership and direct control of the Company. There has been no breach of any service or maintenance contract relevant to any such electronic, mechanical or photographic process or equipment whereby any person or body providing services or maintenance thereunder may have the right to terminate such service or maintenance contract.

You agree to retain the copyright symbol, the name of Jukin Media, the Content’s identification number and any other information or metadata that may be embedded in the electronic file containing the original Content, and to maintain appropriate security to protect the Content from unauthorized use by third parties. You may make one (1) copy of the Content for back-up purposes.

For all Content that Licensee takes delivery of in electronic form, Licensee must retain the copyright symbol, the name of COMPANY, the COMPANY identification number and all metadata associated with the Content which may be included as part of the electronic file. Licensee will take all reasonable measures to safeguard against unauthorized third-party access to the Content. Licensee may make one (1) highresolution backup copy of the Content for security reasons only. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, Licensee shall promptly delete the Content from its computer or other electronic storage systems and shall ensure that any client authorized to use the Content deletes the Content as well.

Licensee may make one (1) high-‐resolution backup copy of the Image(s) for security reasons only. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, Licensee shall promptly delete the Image(s) from its computer or other electronic storage systems and shall ensure that any client authorized to use the Images deletes the Image(s) as well.
