Electronic Information. Each Member hereby agrees that all current and future notices, confirmations and other communications may be made by the Company via email, sent to the email address of record of the Member provided to the Company as changed or updated from time to time, without necessity of confirmation of receipt, delivery or reading, and such form of electronic communication is sufficient for all matters regarding the relationship between the Company and the Members except as otherwise required by law. If any such electronically sent communication fails to be received for any reason, including but not limited to such communications being diverted to the recipients spam filters by the recipients email service provider, or due to a recipient’s change of address, or due to technology issues by the recipients service provider, the parties agree that the burden of such failure to receive is on the recipient and not the sender, and that the sender is under no obligation to resend communications via any other means, including but not limited to postal service or overnight courier, and that such communications shall for all purposes, including legal and regulatory, be deemed to have been delivered and received. Except as required by law, no physical, paper documents will be sent to Members, and a Member desires physical documents then such Member agrees to be satisfied by directly and personally printing, at such Member’s own expense, the electronically sent communication(s) and maintaining such physical records in any manner or form that a Member desires.

Electronic Information exchange of electronic information of the certificate of origin, and or information regarding the supporting documents The Parties shall implement the CVNSCO in two years after the signature of this Agreement. During the first year after the signature of this Agreement the system will be developed, and during the second year will have a testing period.
Electronic Information. The Berkshire Hills Regional School District has filed with the Department of Education (DOE) its mandatory five year Long-Term Technology Implementation Plan. The primary goal of the plan is to enhance educational excellence by the appropriate integration of technology into all aspects of teaching and learning, as well as administrative duties. This document was developed by a committee comprised of teachers, administrators and staff and adopted by the School Committee. The Berkshire Hills Educational Association supports the goals of the Berkshire Hills Regional School District Long-Term Technology Plan. The expectations for employees within the Plan are listed on the Signature Form for Electronic Resources Policy (INJDC-E) Exhibit E. Employees at all levels will be part of the review process to select software which achieves these expectations. Considerations such as grade level, developmental appropriateness, efficiency of usage, meaningfulness of information to families and consistency PreK-12 will be among the selected criteria. All employees are required to abide by the Berkshire Hills Regional School District Policy entitled Electronic Information Resources for Staff (IJNDC). Prior to authorization of a password on the District network, they must signify their understanding of and agreement to comply with the policy by signing the Employee Signature Form for Electronic Information Resources Policy (IJNDC-E) (Exhibit E). Full copies of Policy IJNDC are located in each building’s main office. The Terms and Conditions of this Policy (IJNDC-R) are Exhibit F. The only acceptable usage of District owned technology resources which is permissible under the policy is:
Electronic Information. When Buyer uses SUFS Services, or sends e-mails, text messages, and other communications from a desktop or mobile device to SUFS, Buyer may be communicating with SUFS electronically. Buyer consents to receive communications from SUFS electronically, such as e-mails, texts, mobile push notices, or notices and messages on this Interface or through the other SUFS Services, and Buyer can retain copies of these communications for Buyer’s records. Electronic Information. Some Services allow Client to view and receive information about Account balances, activity, transactions, and other cash management information electronically, via the Internet through one of Bank’s access Services, or by other electronic means. Account information changes frequently and is subject to updating, verification, and correction. Since the information may change during the delay between when the information was last sent to Client or posted by Bank and when Client receive or access the information, Bank assumes no responsibility for Client’s reliance on such information which is subsequently updated, verified, or corrected.
Electronic Information. You hereby authorize us to transmit unencrypted confidential information and other information through the Internet or a public network to e-mail addresses or other locations if necessary for the performance of these Radio and Telecommunication Certification Body Program services. You acknowledge that we cannot guarantee the privacy and confidentiality of such transmissions. You agree that our transmission of confidential information via the Internet or any public network shall not be a breach of any confidentiality obligation under the Service Agreement and that no UL Contracting Party or any UL Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such transmissions.

If you wish to withdraw this consent, please contact us at the customer service number set forth on the Website, in which case Digital Ally shall have the right to terminate your use of the Services.
