Deposit of Other Items; Deposits when Service Not Available. You agree that you will not use the Service to deposit anything not meeting the definition of an Item. If you use the Service to transmit anything that is not an Item, or if for any reason we are not able to recognize as an Item, we may reject it without prior notice to you. You agree to make those deposits through other channels that we offer, such as at a branch, ATM, or bank by mail. You further agree to use such other channels when the Service may not be available.

Deposit of Other Items; Deposits when Service Not Available. You agree that you will not use the Service to deposit anything not meeting the definition of an Item. If you use the Service to transmit anything that is not an Item, or if for any reason we are not able to recognize as an Item, we may reject it without prior notice to you. In the event you are unable to capture, balance, process, produce or transmit a file to the Bank, other otherwise comply with the terms or the procedures for any reason including but not limited to, communications, equipment or software outages, interruptions or failures, you will transport or mail the originals on all Items to the closest Bank location. The deposit of original Items at an office of the Bank shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the Deposit Agreement and not the terms of this Agreement. Returned Items You are solely responsible for any Item for which you have been given provisional credit, and any such Item that is returned or rejected may be charged to your Account along with the applicable returned deposited item fee. You acknowledge that all credits received for deposits made through the Service are provisional, subject to verification and final settlement. Any Item that we return to you will be returned in the form of a paper reproduction of the original Item or image replacement document. You may not use the Service to deposit a substitute check or image replacement document and you may not deposit the original Item through the Service or in any other manner if you receive a dishonored Item.

If you use the Mobile Check Deposit to transmit anything that is not an item, or if for any reason we are not able to recognize something transmitted as an item, we may reject it without prior notice to you. You agree to make those deposits through other channels that we offer, such as at a Credit Union branch, ATM, or mail. You further agree to use such other channels when the Mobile Check Deposit may not be available.

Storage, Security and Destruction/Disposal of the Items After you receive confirmation that we have received an image, you must securely store the original Item for 14 calendar days after transmission to us and make the original Item accessible to us at our request. Upon our request from time to time, you will deliver to us within five (5) Business Days, at your expense, the requested original Item in your possession. If not provided in a timely manner, such amount will be reversed from your account. Promptly after the 14 calendar day retention period expires, you must destroy the original Item by first marking it “VOID” or “Electronically Processed” and then destroying it by cross-cut shredding or another commercially acceptable means of destruction.
