Mobile Device Access. Bank OZK also offers mobile device access to your Account(s). Participating mobile service providers include (but are not limited to) AT&T®, Sprint®, T-Mobile® and Verizon®. You are responsible for any fees or other charges that your mobile service provider may charge you for any related data or message services, including, without limitation, short message service (SMS or text messaging). If you wish to access the Service with a mobile device, the following terms and conditions apply:

  • Site Access Dell requires the right to access the APEX System in a timely way and as provided in the Service Offering Description to provide the Support Services.
