Defects Under Normal Use and Service. If a defect or malfunction occurs in any Product while it is under normal use and service, Customer shall promptly notify ES&S, and ES&S shall use reasonable efforts to restore the item to Normal Working Condition as soon as practicable. The services provided by ES&S pursuant to this Subsection 1(b)(i) are referred to herein as “Repair Services”. ES&S will perform Repair Services in conjunction with a Routine Maintenance Service event at the Customer’s Designated Location.

The services provided by ES&S pursuant to this Subsection 1(b)(i) are referred to herein as “Repair Services”. ES&S will perform Repair Services in conjunction with a preventative maintenance event at Customer’s Designated Location. Repair services performed outside of a preventative maintenance event shall be performed at an ES&S Depot Location and the Customer shall pay all costs associated with shipping Product(s) to the Depot, including insurance.

Customer shall be responsible for the payment of shipping cost to ES&S’ designated depot location and ES&S shall be responsible for the payment of shipping costs to return the Product(s) to Customer’s designated location. In addition, Customer shall be responsible for packaging and readying Product for return to ES&S by utilizing the original boxes and packing materials to return the Products to ES&S. In the event the Customer requires ES&S to provide new boxes and packing material for return of the Products, such items will be invoiced to Customer separately and shall be due and payable upon receipt of ES&S’ invoice by Customer.

CONTRACTOR will perform Repair Services in conjunction with a preventative maintenance event as follows: Repair Services for Products covered under this Agreement will be performed at COUNTY's Designated Location.

  • Use of Basement and Service Areas The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the (project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

  • Use of Service Areas The service areas, as located within the Project, shall be ear- marked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, Pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, firefighting pumps and equipment etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the Association for rendering maintenance services.

  • GEOGRAPHIC AREA AND SECTOR SPECIFIC ALLOWANCES, CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS The following allowances and conditions shall apply where relevant: Where the company does work which falls under the following headings, the company agrees to pay and observe the relevant respective conditions and/or exceptions set out below in each case.

The location of the Point of Interconnection shall be mutually agreed by the Interconnected Entities, provided, however, that if the Interconnected Entities are unable to agree on the Point of Interconnection, the Transmission Provider shall determine the Point of Interconnection, provided that Transmission Provider shall not select a Point of Interconnection that would impose excessive costs on either of the Interconnected Entities and shall take material system reliability considerations into account in such selection. Specifications for the Customer Facility and the location of the Point of Interconnection shall be set forth in an appendix to the Interconnection Service Agreement and shall conform to those stated in the Facilities Study.
